About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth for our software platform. The ideal candidate will have experience in Software, SaaS, or B2B Sales and be confident in managing the complete sales cycle—from prospecting and product demonstrations to closing deals and onboarding customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through calls, emails, and online meetings.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations for prospective clients.
- Manage the end-to-end sales process and convert leads into customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Track and manage sales activities using CRM tools.
- Visit clients for meetings, presentations, and negotiations when required.
- Achieve and exceed monthly revenue targets.
- Support customer onboarding and ensure a smooth user experience.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Software Sales, SaaS Sales, Business Development, or B2B Sales.
- Experience selling CRM, ERP, SaaS platforms, software products, or technology solutions is preferred.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Excellent customer relationship management abilities.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales processes.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and proactive.
- Must own a personal laptop for work purposes.
- Must have a reliable internet connection.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings.
Compensation & Benefits
- Fixed Salary: ₹5 LPA
- 10% Incentive on revenue generated above ₹2.5 Lakhs per month
