Telecaller / Admin Staff
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound and handle inbound calls
- Follow up with leads and clients
- Maintain call records and basic reports
- Assist in office administration tasks
- Coordinate with internal team when required
Requirements
- Good communication skills (Malayalam & basic English)
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel)
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to handle multiple tasks
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
