Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Head of Procurement to oversee sourcing, vendor management, inventory planning, and procurement strategy for our hospitality and F&B; operations. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute procurement strategies for food, beverages, packaging, equipment, and operational supplies Lead vendor sourcing, negotiations, contracts, and supplier relationship management Ensure timely procurement while maintaining quality and cost standards Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with operations teams for demand planning Identify cost-saving opportunities and process optimization initiatives Maintain procurement compliance, documentation, and audit readiness Collaborate with finance and operations teams for budgeting and forecasting Track market trends, pricing fluctuations, and supply chain risks Build and manage a high-performing procurement team Ensure adherence to food safety and hospitality quality standards
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, Business Administration, or related field • 10+ years of procurement experience in hospitality, hotels, restaurants, or F&B; industry • Strong negotiation and vendor management skills • Experience in multi-unit procurement operations preferred • Knowledge of inventory systems and ERP platforms
Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹125,000.00 per month
