Role Overview
As a Sales Representative, you’ll help ensure new users and listers have a smooth, supportive experience on Cribo. From guiding them through the platform to improving onboarding materials, you’ll be key to growing our engaged community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Connect and assist new users during their onboarding journey.
- Help streamline onboarding flows and gather feedback.
- Ensure smooth work flow and maintain data Requirements.
- Strong English communication and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented and organized.
- 1+ years of Experience in international call center, customer service process.
- Student or recent graduates, (Business, Comms, etc.) with excellent command over English is also Welcome
- Soft Skills and conversational skills.
