Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and display advertising.
- Manage and optimize social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging content for websites, blogs, and social media channels.
- Monitor and improve website performance through SEO best practices.
- Manage paid advertising campaigns such as Google Ads and social media ads.
- Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and provide actionable insights.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Generate and nurture leads through digital marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate with designers, content writers, and sales teams to execute marketing strategies.
- Prepare monthly reports on campaign performance, ROI, and KPIs.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing.
- Knowledge of SEO, SEM, PPC, email marketing, and social media marketing.
- Experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media management tools.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and digital marketing tools.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with marketing automation platforms.
- Knowledge of content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress.
- Basic graphic design skills using Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or similar tools.
- Understanding of lead generation and conversion optimization techniques.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
