Job Summary:
We are looking for a confident and energetic Business Development Executive (BDE – Caller Profile) with experience in BPO outbound sales and excellent English communication skills. Candidates from a technical or IT education background will be preferred.
Roles & Responsibilities:
· Handle international outbound sales calls and client follow-ups.
· Generate business opportunities through calling and lead engagement.
· Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams.
· Maintain communication records and regular follow-ups.
· Schedule meetings and support the sales process.
Requirement:
- 1 – 3 years of experience in BPO outbound sales/international calling(US Calling).
- Strong English communication and convincing skills.
- Technical education background preferred (BCA, MCA, B.Tech, MBA, etc.).
- Basic understanding of IT services and software industry.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented candidate.
