Job Title : Senior Chef de Partie (Bakery)

Experience : 7 - 10 Years in hotels or luxury hospitality
Location : Udaipur
Role & Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily bakery production and operations.
- Prepare and bake breads, pastries, cakes, and specialty bakery products.
- Maintain quality, consistency, and presentation standards.
- Train, supervise, and guide Commis and DCDP staff.
- Monitor inventory, stock levels, and minimize wastage.
- Ensure HACCP, food safety, and hygiene compliance.
- Assist in menu development and new product creation.
Qualifications & Skills :
- 7+ years of bakery experience in hotels or luxury hospitality.
- Strong knowledge of bakery production, dough preparation, and baking techniques.
- Leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
