Position: Contract Specialist with US exp (Offshore)
Location: Sec-63, Noida (Onsite / Hybrid)
Working timings: 06:30 pm to 02:30 am Monday – Friday, EST hours
Overview:
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Contract Specialist to join our team in Sector-63, Noida. The Contract Specialist will oversee and manage the complete lifecycle of commercial and government contracts for U.S.-based clients. This role requires strong contract administration skills, attention to detail, and effective coordination with internal and client-side stakeholders. The Specialist will ensure all contract activities are executed accurately, compliant with applicable regulations, and aligned with business and project delivery needs. The ability to work flexibly according to US Eastern Standard Time (EST) is essential for this role.
Roles & Responsibilities:
· Serve as the primary offshore point of contact for all contract-related matters.
· Coordinate with internal teams—including project managers, finance, legal, and operations—to ensure smooth communication and contract execution.
· Manage and maintain contract documentation, ensuring accuracy, version control, and timely updates.
· Support administration of government contracts, including BPAs, task orders, modifications, renewals, and compliance checkpoints.
· Review contractual terms and prepare summaries of key obligations, deliverables, and deadlines.
· Track contract performance, monitor timelines, and ensure adherence to agreed terms.
· Assist in responding to audit, compliance, or reporting requirements from U.S. federal clients.
· Identify contract risks and route issues to appropriate stakeholders for review and resolution.
· Maintain contract databases, prepare periodic reports, and support internal compliance processes.
· Work closely with cross-functional teams supporting IT modernization, cybersecurity, automation, and other related service lines.
· Time zone Flexibility: Work flexible hours to accommodate the US EST time zone, ensuring effective communication and collaboration with the US-based team.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in law, or a related field.
· 2–5 years of experience in contract administration or government contracting support (preferably with U.S. federal clients).
· Strong communication skills to interact with U.S.-based teams and clients.
· Excellent organizational and documentation skills with high attention to detail.
· Ability to review and interpret contractual terms, statements of work, and deliverables.
· Proficiency in MS Office tools and experience with contract management systems is an advantage.
· Ability to work independently, multitask, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
