Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Full-Stack Developer / Lead with AI experience to design, develop, and lead the implementation of scalable web applications and AI-powered solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in front-end and back-end technologies, cloud platforms, APIs, and hands-on experience integrating AI/ML models, LLMs, or generative AI into enterprise applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications.
- Lead technical architecture, development, and code reviews.
- Develop responsive UI using modern front-end frameworks.
- Build and maintain backend APIs, microservices, and databases.
- Integrate AI/ML models, LLMs, and Generative AI capabilities into applications.
- Work with APIs such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Azure AI, AWS AI, or similar AI services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, and business stakeholders.
- Ensure application performance, scalability, and security best practices.
- Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum development processes.
Required Skills:
- 10+ years of experience in Full-Stack Development.
- Strong expertise in:
- Frontend: React.js, Angular, Vue.js, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3
- Backend: Node.js, Python, Java, .NET, or similar
- Databases: SQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, MySQL
- Cloud: AWS, Azure, or GCP
- APIs & Microservices
- Hands-on experience with:
- Artificial Intelligence / Machine Learning
- LLMs (Large Language Models)
- Generative AI
- Prompt Engineering
- AI Model Integrations
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, Git
- Strong problem-solving and leadership skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), vector databases, LangChain/LlamaIndex.
- Exposure to MLOps and AI deployment pipelines.
- Experience building AI chatbots, automation, or recommendation systems.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
Pay: ₹376,828.42 - ₹1,624,144.78 per year
