We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Relationship Manager to build strong client relationships, ensure exceptional customer experiences, and drive repeat business. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a problem-solving mindset, and the ability to manage client interactions professionally.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and support.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams for timely execution.
- Follow up on quotations, orders, deliveries, and customer feedback.
- Resolve customer concerns and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate customer records and interaction history.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and repeat business.
- Conduct regular customer check-ins to strengthen relationships.
- Monitor customer feedback and suggest improvements to enhance the client experience.
- Prepare reports on customer engagement, retention, and satisfaction.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Good organizational and follow-up skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Ability to handle multiple clients and priorities effectively.
