Job Title: Talent Acquisition Executive (Blue Collar)

About the Role
We are looking for an energetic, organized, and people-centric Talent Acquisition Executive to join our growing team. In this dual-impact role, you will be the face of the company for prospective candidates and the backbone of our internal HR processes.
You will drive the end-to-end recruitment cycle to bring top talent into the company, while seamlessly managing the onboarding logistics and operational lifecycle that sets our employees up for success.
Key Responsibilities
1. Talent Acquisition & Sourcing
- End-to-End Recruitment: Source, screen, interview, and short-list candidates for various open positions across teams.
- Pipeline Management: Utilize job boards, social media (LinkedIn), and local networks to build a steady pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Schedule interviews, coordinate with hiring managers, and provide a stellar, welcoming experience for all candidates.
- Multilingual Vetting: Conduct initial phone screenings in English, Kannada, or Tamil depending on the target candidate profile.
2. HR Operations & Data Integrity
- HRIS Management: Maintain and update employee records within our HRMS, ensuring absolute data accuracy and compliance.
- Payroll Input: Collaborate with the Finance/Payroll team by providing accurate monthly inputs on attendance, leaves, new joiners, and exits.
- First-Line Support: Act as the primary point of contact for employee queries regarding basic HR policies, payroll, and benefits.
Requirements
- Experience: 6 months to 1 year of professional experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment (Blue Collar Hiring)
- Education: Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field).
- Language Proficiency: Must be fluent in English, Kannada, and Tamil to effectively communicate with a diverse candidate pool and workforce.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel for tracking recruitment metrics) and mandatory prior experience using any HRIS/HRMS/ATS platform.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication, highly organized, and a proactive attitude toward problem-solving.
