Job Overview
The Monarch Enterprises is seeking a talented and experienced Senior Interior Designer to lead the design and execution of retail, commercial, and corporate interior projects. The ideal candidate should have strong conceptual design skills, technical expertise, and experience managing projects from concept to completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop creative concepts, layouts, and space planning for retail and commercial projects.
- Prepare presentation drawings, working drawings, GFC drawings, and furniture detailing.
- Coordinate with clients to understand requirements and present design solutions.
- Work closely with production, estimation, procurement, and project execution teams.
- Conduct site visits and ensure design implementation aligns with approved drawings.
- Prepare BOQs, material specifications, and project documentation.
- Review project progress and ensure timely delivery.
- Mentor junior designers and maintain design quality standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Interior Design or Architecture.
- 5–8 years of experience in retail, commercial, or corporate interior design.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, Photoshop, and MS Office.
- Knowledge of Revit is an added advantage.
- Strong communication, presentation, and client management skills.
- Experience in retail fixtures, display units, modular furniture, and fit-out projects is preferred.
