- Lead, coach, and supervise a team of sales executives.
- Set individual and team sales targets and monitor performance.
- Conduct regular sales meetings and performance reviews.
- Provide training and mentoring to improve product knowledge and sales skills.
- Foster a positive, high-performance sales culture.
Sales & Business Development
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual vehicle sales targets.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share.
- Identify new business opportunities and customer segments.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Support the team in closing high-value sales opportunities.
Customer Relationship Management
- Ensure excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
- Handle customer escalations and resolve complaints effectively.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers and corporate clients.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and follow-up activities.
Sales Operations
- Track daily sales activities, inquiries, test drives, and conversions.
- Maintain accurate sales records and CRM updates.
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance analyses.
- Coordinate with finance, insurance, and service departments to ensure smooth delivery processes.
- Ensure compliance with dealership policies and manufacturer guidelines.
Marketing & Promotional Activities
- Support promotional campaigns, exhibitions, roadshows, and product launches.
- Generate leads through digital, referral, and field marketing activities.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to improve lead generation and conversion rates.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
