Job Description
Primerishta Matchmaking Services is hiring motivated and energetic Sales Executives for our Mohali office. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who have excellent communication skills and are passionate about sales and customer interaction.
You will work with prospective clients, explain our premium matchmaking services, and help convert qualified leads into registered customers. Comprehensive training will be provided.
Responsibilities
- Contact and follow up with prospective clients.
- Explain Primerishta's premium matchmaking services.
- Convert inquiries into successful registrations.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads and customer interactions in the CRM.
- Coordinate with the Customer Service team for smooth client onboarding.
- Provide a professional and positive customer experience.
Requirements
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office and CRM systems is a plus).
- Self-motivated, confident, and target-oriented.
- Comfortable working night shifts.
