To maintain proper stocks of RM / FG / PM on daily & monthly basis.
2 To have no major differences in stock audit - Internal / external / Quarterly audit
3 To maintain daily receipts, issues of materials & despatch of goods properly.
4 To maintain track of inward & outward of materials with inspection & log in registers.
5 To inspect the materials upon receipt & update the production & purchase person for QCD.
6 To ensure proper arrangement of material with placing Std. labels on items/ boxes / pallets.
7 To ensure BIN CARD is fixed to the stocked items & updated regularly.
8 To ensure Safety Stock is kept as defined by the manager for the stocked items.
9 To Raise MR - Material Requisitions for the low stock / required items to the purchaser.
10 To co-ordinate with purchase & suppliers to get the ordered materials on time.
11 To ensure GIV is mandatorily used for material issue & updated in the respective stock sheets.
12 To track & have control over the material movement under stores purview
13 To be hands on & to operate the Trucks, trolleys & fork lift when needed for material movement.
14 To ensure stock count & updation is done weekly, monthly as per the need & update to GM.
15 Behaviour to subordinates & supervisors to be good.
16 To follow & adhere to the company EHS policies & code of conduct.
17 To coordinate & arrange courier / suitable transportation with the transporter for dispatches.
18 To ensure GRV is made for the inwarded materials & filing is done along with the invoice.
19 To ensure proper filing of Invoices, GRV etc. & send to finance for accounting & making payments.
1 Good CS: Emails - Management - Read, Write & Respond adequately.
2 FIFO, BIN CARD, STOCK CYCLE COUNTS - Stock Management proficiency.
3 Expertise in MS Excel, Word to maintain stock reports.
1 To make inward, outward, GRV, update GIV reports for materials movement in the factory.
2 To maintain system & physical stock accurately with no major deviations in audits.
3 To arrange the received materials properly & achieve the team targets & goals as defined.
