We are seeking a dedicated Aptitude Trainer to deliver high-quality training for students in quantitative aptitude, logical reasoning, verbal ability, and data interpretation. The ideal candidate should have strong subject knowledge, a structured teaching approach, and the ability to help students improve their placement and test performance.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Teach aptitude topics with clear methods, shortcuts, and test-taking strategies.
- Prepare study materials, question banks, worksheets, and mock assessments.
- Conduct regular tests and track student progress through reports and feedback.
- Support learners in improving speed, accuracy, and confidence for placement tests.
- Manage batch records, attendance, and overall training effectiveness.
Eligibility:
- Graduation in a relevant discipline.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in aptitude or placement training.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
