Key Responsibilities:
- Time study and method study of production processes
- Line balancing and manpower optimization
- Process improvement and waste reduction (Kaizen, Lean activities)
- Preparation of SOPs and work instructions
- Monitoring production efficiency and productivity
- Coordination with production, quality, and maintenance teams
- Analysis of cycle time and process bottlenecks
- Implementation of continuous improvement initiatives
- Data collection and reporting for management review
Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
