1. Designation (Role):- Press Machine Operator
2. Department (Functional Area):- Production
3. Reporting To:- Production Supervisor / Production Manager
4. Salary:- ₹2.00 LPA – ₹3.00 LPA
5. Company Location:- Moraiya, Ahmedabad (Gujarat)
6. Education:- ITI / Diploma / HSC Pass
7. Experience:- 1 to 3 Years
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate power press and hydraulic press machines as per production requirements.
- Set up tools, dies, and fixtures on press machines.
- Ensure smooth machine operation and maintain required production output.
- Perform routine machine checks before and during operation.
- Inspect finished components for quality and dimensional accuracy.
- Report machine breakdowns or abnormalities to the supervisor.
- Maintain production records and daily work reports.
- Follow safety procedures and company guidelines at all times.
- Ensure proper housekeeping around the machine and work area.
- Coordinate with production and quality teams to achieve daily targets.
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in operating press machines.
- Basic knowledge of press tools, dies, and machine settings.
- Ability to read production drawings and work instructions.
- Understanding of quality inspection processes.
- Good knowledge of workplace safety practices.
- Ability to work in shifts and meet production deadlines.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in Power Press / Hydraulic Press operations.
- Knowledge of sheet metal component manufacturing.
- Basic troubleshooting skills for machine-related issues.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
- Ability to maintain productivity with quality standards.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
