YouTube Content Creator – Real Estate & Infrastructure

RealMint is a technology-driven real estate platform building a trusted, authoritative digital presence around real estate, property markets, infrastructure, tourism, urban development, and investment opportunities.
We are looking for a highly experienced, research-driven content creator to lead RealMint's YouTube presence — someone who brings deep domain credibility in real estate, urban planning, or public administration, and can translate that expertise into sharp, well-researched, and authoritative video content.
Key Responsibilities
Content Research & Planning
- Identify high-impact, credible topics on real estate, infrastructure, urban development, government policy, and property markets.
- Draw on deep domain knowledge and professional networks to source stories not easily accessible to general content creators.
- Conduct rigorous, in-depth research using government reports, policy documents, official data, and industry sources.
- Develop content ideas, video concepts, and story angles that carry authority and insider perspective.
- Maintain a structured, forward-looking content calendar.
Scriptwriting & Storytelling
- Write authoritative, well-researched YouTube scripts grounded in real domain expertise.
- Translate complex regulatory, planning, and economic topics into clear, credible, and engaging narratives.
- Bring a first-hand or expert-level understanding of policy, land, and urban systems into the storytelling.
- Ensure every script is fact-checked, balanced, and defensible against scrutiny.
- Write for both short-form and long-form video formats.
Video Content Development
- Develop detailed content briefs for editors, designers, and production teams.
- Guide the use of maps, data visualizations, official documents, and archival material to strengthen credibility.
- Collaborate closely with the video editing team to preserve accuracy and nuance in the final cut.
- Contribute to thumbnails, titles, descriptions, and other publishing requirements.
- Review content performance and refine approach based on audience response.
Fact-Checking & Quality
- Personally verify statistics, policy details, land records, and regulatory claims before publication.
- Maintain rigorous source documentation for all key facts and figures.
- Uphold the highest standards of accuracy, neutrality, and credibility — content should be citable and defensible.
- Flag and correct misinformation or oversimplification in existing public narratives.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Extensive, demonstrable experience in the real estate domain, urban planning, infrastructure development, or public administration.
- Retired senior government officials or bureaucrats from government services, real estate, urban and town planning, or allied departments are strongly preferred.
- Alternatively, senior professionals with a long track record in real estate research, policy, journalism, or infrastructure consulting will be considered.
- Strong command of research methodology and access to credible, often non-public sources of information.
- Excellent English writing and communication skills; ability to write with authority and clarity.
- Strong storytelling and scriptwriting ability, even without prior YouTube-specific experience.
- Sound understanding of land systems, urban governance, real estate regulation, or public policy.
- Familiarity with YouTube content formats and audience behaviour is a plus, but not mandatory — domain expertise takes priority.
- Comfortable working with AI tools, Google Workspace, and basic content-production workflows.

- Well-networked within government, planning, or real estate ecosystems.
- Detail-oriented and rigorous about accuracy.
- Able to work independently, set direction, and mentor a small content team.
- Genuinely interested in real estate, cities, infrastructure, and India's urban and economic development.
- Preference will be given to women candidates.
