- 1) Opening Duties
- Inspect bar cleanliness (counter, shelves, glassware, floor area)

- Check bar setup as per SOP (garnishes, ice bins, tools, napkins)
- Verify stock levels of liquor, beer, wine, mixers
- Ensure POS system is working properly
- Daily promotions
- VIP guests

- Target sales
2️ Staff Supervision
- Allocate duties and sections to bartenders
- Monitor grooming and uniform standards
- Ensure staff follow hygiene and safety procedures
- Provide on-the-spot training if required
- Handle shift scheduling and attendance
3️ Guest Service & Floor Management
- Welcome and interact with guests
- Handle guest complaints politely and professionally
- Ensure timely order preparation and service
- Monitor responsible alcohol service
- Upsell premium beverages and signature cocktails
4️ Inventory & Stock Control
- Conduct daily stock check (opening & closing)
- Record bottle consumption
- Prevent wastage and pilferage
- Check expiry dates of mixers and garnishes
- Coordinate with purchase/store department for replenishment
5️ Billing & Cash Control
- Monitor bar bills and KOT accuracy
- Verify discounts and void bills
- Ensure correct settlement of cash/credit payments
- Prepare daily sales report
6️ Hygiene & Safety
- Ensure compliance with FSSAI guidelines
- Check glass polishing standards
- Ensure safe storage of alcohol
- Maintain fire and safety standards
7️ Closing Duties
- Conduct closing stock verification
- Ensure bar area is cleaned and locked properly
- Prepare daily sales & consumption report
- Handover report to F&B Manager
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
