HR Executive
*Job Summary*
We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic HR Executive with 1–2 years of experience to support our Human Resources functions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in recruitment, employee onboarding, attendance and leave management, HR documentation, employee engagement, and ensuring compliance with company policies. The candidate should possess excellent communication and organizational skills and be able to manage multiple HR activities efficiently.
*Key Responsibilities*
* Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.
* Conduct onboarding and induction programs for new employees.
* Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and personnel files.
* Manage attendance, leave records, and support payroll inputs.
* Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, confirmation letters, experience letters, and other HR documents.
* Coordinate employee engagement activities, training programs, and internal HR initiatives.
* Address employee queries related to HR policies, attendance, and benefits.
* Assist in implementing HR policies and ensuring compliance with company procedures.
* Support performance appraisal and employee development activities.
* Maintain HR reports and MIS as required by management.
* Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and company policies.
* Perform other HR and administrative responsibilities as assigned.
*Qualifications*
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
* MBA/PGDM in Human Resources is preferred.
* 1–2 years of relevant experience in Human Resources.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
