Key Responsibilities:
Accounts Responsibilities:
- Manage daily accounting entries, bookkeeping, and ledger maintenance
- Handle Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
- Prepare invoices, purchase orders, and payment follow-ups.
- Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow.
- Maintain expense records and process reimbursements.
- Verify employee travelling expenses as per company policy.
- Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing.
- Coordinate with CA / Auditors for GST, TDS, Income Tax, and compliance filings.
- Prepare MIS reports and financial summaries for management.
- Ensure proper documentation and filing of all financial records.
Administration Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily office administration and smooth functioning.
- Coordinate housekeeping, maintenance, and utility services.
- Handle travel, hotel bookings
- Review and approve travel expense sheets submitted by employees as per company policy.
- Maintain office assets, stationery, and vendor coordination.
- Provide administrative support to management.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 01-03 years of relevant experience.
- Strong working knowledge of Tally ERP and other accounting tools
- Good knowledge of GST, TDS, taxation, and statutory compliance.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and email communication.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and coordination abilities.
- Ability to multitask and maintain confidentiality.

- Prior experience in handling both accounts and admin functions preferred.
