Job Description: -
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated people to join our team as an Trainee/Support Engineer. Person will be directly responsible for handling implementation and maintenance activity of Manufacturing Execution System.
Key Responsibilities: -
1. Provide technical support for MES systems, printers, scanners, including troubleshooting, issue resolution and system enhancements.
2. Assist in the implementation and configuration of MES software and hardware solutions.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into MES system specifications
4. Participate in system testing, validation, and documentation activities.
5. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to optimize MES system performance and reliability.
6. Assist in user training and support to ensure effective utilization of MES systems.
7. Stay current with industry trends and best practices in MES technology.
8. Need to support 6 days a week with Rotational Shift in shop floor.
Qualification: -
1. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or relevant.
2. Experience of one year in IT or MES.
3. Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
5. Knowledge of network and printers is a plus.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
