Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) to build and maintain strong client relationships. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, handling inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and identifying opportunities to enhance customer engagement and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with existing customers.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customer queries and concerns.
- Ensure timely resolution of customer complaints and service requests.
- Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with sales, operations, and support teams to provide seamless customer service.
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling products and services.
- Accounts Receivable, Collections, Customer Account Reconciliation and dispute/query resolution
- Maintain accurate customer records, e-mail correspondence, and document management
- Prepare customer reports and feedback for management review.
- Achieve customer retention and satisfaction targets.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in Customer Relationship Management, Customer Service, or Sales.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and related IT skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
