Role Overview:
The Logistics Executive will be responsible for coordinating daily operations with field executives, ensuring timely service delivery, efficient routing, and smooth communication between customers, field teams, and internal stakeholders.
Language: Telugu Mandatory
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and assign daily tasks to field executives based on priority and location
- Monitor field team performance and ensure timely job completion as per SLA
- Act as a bridge between field executives, customers, and internal teams
- Handle escalations and resolve operational issues quickly
- Track attendance, productivity, and maintain daily reports
- Optimize routes and workflows to improve efficiency and turnaround time
Preferred Qualifications:
- Graduate in any discipline
- 1–3 years of experience in logistics, operations, or coordination roles
- Experience handling field teams or delivery executives is a plus
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
