We are looking for an enthusiastic and committed Global Perspectives Facilitator who can inspire learners to question, investigate, think critically and engage confidently with the world around them.
The ideal candidate will bring energy, intellectual curiosity and a learner-centred approach to the classroom, creating meaningful opportunities for learners to explore contemporary issues, research independently and consider multiple perspectives.
The Role
As a Global Perspectives Facilitator, you will:
- Facilitate engaging and inquiry-driven Cambridge Global Perspectives lessons.
- Develop learners' research and critical thinking skills.
- Guide learners in asking meaningful questions, researching credible sources and developing evidence-based viewpoints.
- Foster learner agency, ownership and reflection.
- Support learners in building strong portfolios that demonstrate their research, reflection, collaboration, communication and growth.
- Use differentiated and inclusive approaches to meet diverse learner needs.
- Collaborate with colleagues to create authentic, interdisciplinary learning experiences.
- Contribute to curriculum planning, assessment, school initiatives and professional development.
We Are Looking For
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Humanities, Social Sciences or a relevant discipline.
- Prior experience with Cambridge Global Perspectives / IGCSE Global Perspectives will be an advantage.
- Experience in a Cambridge, international or progressive school is desirable.
- Strong communication, facilitation and classroom management skills.
- A genuine interest in inquiry, research, contemporary global issues and learner-centred education.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
