You'll work across multiple brands, each with its own distinct look and feel, and you'll be trusted to keep every aesthetic sharp and on-brand. If you're a self-starter who gets excited about testing ideas, shipping volume, and watching creative move the numbers, this is for you.
Produce paid social and search assets across Meta, Google, and TikTok native formats, from concept through to delivery. You'll create UGC-style and edited video content, design static ads, and write the short-form copy that ties it together — hooks, headlines, and primary text that earn the click.
You'll generate creative variations at pace to feed our testing pipeline, working within established testing frameworks and using performance feedback to sharpen the next round of work. You'll also proactively bring fresh creative concepts and testing ideas to the table rather than waiting to be briefed.
- Strong UGC and video editing skills, plus static ad design
- Hands-on experience creating paid social and search assets across Meta, Google, and TikTok native formats
- Strong short-form ad copywriting — hooks, headlines, and primary text
- Comfortable working across multiple distinct brand aesthetics without style bleed
- A self-starter who proactively brings new creative concepts and testing ideas
- High output velocity — able to produce creative variations at pace
- Familiarity with creative testing frameworks and performance feedback loops
- Familiarity with task management tools (ClickUp a plus)
- AI creative tool fluency a plus (Flora, Gemini, Midjourney, ElevenLabs, etc.)
Experience working in a fast-paced agency or in-house growth team, and a portfolio that shows the same concept iterated multiple ways to demonstrate how you think about testing.
