We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Marketing Executive with experience in integrated marketing, digital campaigns, brand management, events, and corporate communications. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning and executing ATL, BTL, OOH, digital marketing campaigns, brand activation initiatives, and customer engagement programs to enhance brand visibility, generate leads, and drive business growth.
Key ResponsibilitiesMarketing Strategy & Campaign Execution
- Develop and execute marketing plans aligned with organizational objectives.
- Plan and implement integrated marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.
- Execute ATL, BTL, OOH, local marketing, promotional, and brand activation campaigns.
- Support new product/service launches and promotional activities.
Digital Marketing & Social Media
- Manage social media platforms and content calendars.
- Coordinate digital campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize strategies to improve engagement and reach.
- Work with creative teams to develop marketing creatives, videos, and promotional content.
Brand Management
- Ensure consistency in brand messaging across all communication channels.
- Develop and implement initiatives to strengthen brand awareness and customer engagement.
- Coordinate with agencies and vendors for branding and promotional activities.
Events & Activations
- Plan and execute events, exhibitions, customer engagement activities, and promotional campaigns.
- Coordinate logistics, vendor management, and on-ground execution.
- Evaluate event performance and prepare post-event reports.
Market Research & Analytics
- Conduct market research, customer analysis, and competitor benchmarking.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics and generate actionable insights.
- Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and presentations for management review.
- Track KPIs such as engagement, reach, lead generation, conversions, ROI, CTR, CPC, and CPA.
Vendor & Stakeholder Management
- Coordinate with advertising agencies, media partners, and external vendors.
- Ensure timely execution of campaigns within approved budgets.
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
Corporate Communications
- Draft marketing communication, press releases, promotional content, and presentations.
- Support internal and external communication initiatives.
- Maintain marketing documentation and campaign records.
