We are seeking a proactive and experienced Maintenance Manager to lead our maintenance team and enhance its operational efficiency. The role involves overseeing daily maintenance tasks, managing preventive maintenance programs, and coordinating with property managers to ensure our facilities are in optimal condition.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and prioritize daily maintenance tasks for the team.
- Maintain comprehensive data and reports on Preventive Maintenance (PM), Corrective Maintenance (CLIT), machine breakdowns, and repair histories.
- Train and educate operators on the importance of preventive maintenance practices.
- Provide guidance and support to the team on plumbing, mechanical, and electrical maintenance jobs.
- Coordinate maintenance activities with property managers to ensure timely completion of jobs and adherence to safety standards.
- Monitor inventory of supplies and equipment necessary for maintenance tasks.
- Implement and enforce maintenance procedures and policies to ensure efficiency and safety.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a leadership role, preferably in maintenance management in the hospitality setting.
- Extensive knowledge of preventive maintenance practices and experience with data recording related to machine maintenance.
- Strong background in electrical and mechanical engineering; certifications or licenses in relevant fields are a plus.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Experience of 5-8 years working with a property management team is beneficial.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
