THE VRCOMPANY is looking for a talented and experienced Color Grading Artist to join our creative team.
We work on high-end architectural visualization, cinematic films, commercials, VFX, and branded visual content, and we’re looking for someone who understands that color grading is not just about applying LUTs—it’s about creating mood, consistency, visual storytelling, and a cinematic final image.
What we’re looking for:
Strong experience in DaVinci Resolve
Excellent understanding of color theory, contrast, exposure, tone mapping, and color management
Ability to create different visual moods and cinematic looks based on project requirements
Experience working with RAW, LOG, CGI, VFX and rendered footage
Strong understanding of ACES / color-managed workflows will be an advantage
Ability to match shots and maintain consistency across an entire film or sequence
Experience with commercials, films, architectural visualization, animation, or VFX is preferred
Knowledge of Fusion / Compositing workflows is a plus
Strong attention to detail and ability to work within deadlines
A strong showreel/portfolio is mandatory
Responsibilities:
Color grade cinematic videos, commercials, architectural films, and visual content
Develop unique looks based on the creative direction of each project
Match and balance shots for visual consistency
Work closely with our directors, editors, 3D artists, and VFX team
Handle revisions efficiently while maintaining high visual quality
Help establish and maintain a consistent visual language across projects
Experience:2–5+ years preferred, but exceptional portfolios matter more than the number of years.
