Job Summary:
We are hiring an experienced Four-Wheeler Spare Parts Executive for our new shop. We need someone who is a master in identifying car parts, managing inventory, and closing sales. If you have deep knowledge of car mechanics and can handle both retail customers and garage owners, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Part Identification: Accurately identifying parts for various car makes and models (Maruti, Hyundai, Tata, Mahindra, etc.).
- Counter Sales: Assisting walk-in customers and providing expert advice on part quality (Original vs. Aftermarket).
- Inventory Control: Maintaining a sharp eye on stock levels, preventing "dead stock," and managing fast-moving items like filters, brake pads, and clutch kits.
- Customer & Mechanic Relations: Coordinating with local car mechanics and garages to ensure repeat business.
Requirements:
- Experience: 2+ years in a Car Spare Parts shop or authorized service center.
- Technical Knowledge: Must understand car systems (Suspension, Engine, Braking, etc.) and part compatibility.
- Sales Skills: Strong communication skills and a result-oriented mindset.
- Education: No bar. Practical knowledge is our priority.
Salary & Benefits:
- Monthly Salary: ₹10,000.00 – ₹15,000.00.
- Note: Salary is negotiable. We are happy to pay more for candidates with excellent technical knowledge or an existing mechanic network.
