Job Summary:
We are seeking a passionate, knowledgeable, and experienced Hospital Administration Trainer / Faculty Member to educate, mentor, and shape the next generation of healthcare administration professionals. In this role, you will design and deliver engaging classroom instructions, practical sessions, and workshops covering all aspects of modern healthcare management and hospital operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Curriculum Delivery: Deliver highly engaging lectures, presentations, and practical training sessions on Hospital Administration and Healthcare Management subjects.
- Subject Expertise: Teach core modules including:
- Day-to-day Hospital Operations & Workflows
- Medical Records Management & Documentation
- Front Office Systems & Patient Relations
- Hospital Billing, Insurance, and TPA Coordination
- Healthcare Quality Standards (NABH regulations) & Compliance
- Academic Planning: Prepare comprehensive lesson plans, study materials, assignments, and evaluation tools aligned with institutional objectives.
- Practical Training Facilitation: Coordinate and supervise students' practical experiences, including hospital field visits, case study reviews, and internship placements.
- Student Mentorship: Assess student performance, provide constructive feedback, and offer career guidance to help them transition successfully into the healthcare industry.
- Industry Standards: Stay updated with evolving healthcare regulations, digital hospital management systems, and market trends to ensure learning remains industry-relevant.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: Master’s in Hospital Administration (MHA), MBA in Healthcare/Operations Management, or a Postgraduate Diploma in Hospital Administration.
- Experience:
- Minimum 1–2 years of teaching/faculty experience in hospital administration OR
- 2+ years of core practical experience working in a hospital administration setup (highly preferred).
- Core Skills:
- Deep knowledge of hospital department workflows, billing systems, and healthcare laws.
- Familiarity with quality accreditation standards like NABH.
- Excellent verbal communication, presentation, and classroom management skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills to mentor and motivate students.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
