Key Responsibilities:
· Install and commission hydraulic goods lifts, scissor lifts, electric stackers, and related equipment.
· Read and interpret mechanical drawings, GA drawings, hydraulic circuits, and installation manuals.
· Assemble, align, and fit mechanical components including guide rails, cylinders, platforms, motors, chains, bearings, and structures.
· Conduct preventive maintenance and breakdown service.
· Diagnose mechanical faults and perform repairs or replacements.
· Handle hydraulic system troubleshooting including pumps, valves, cylinders, hoses, and oil leaks.
· Ensure compliance with safety standards and customer site regulations.
· Coordinate with electrical engineers during complete machine installation.
· Prepare service reports, maintenance logs, and customer documentation.
· Train customers/operators on equipment operation and safety.
· Travel to customer locations for installation and service support.
Required Skills:
· Strong knowledge of hydraulic systems and lifting equipment.
· Mechanical assembly, fabrication, alignment, and troubleshooting.
· Understanding of load testing and commissioning procedures.
· Ability to use hand tools, measuring instruments, and service equipment.
· Basic welding/fabrication knowledge preferred.
· Good communication and customer service skills.
Qualifications:
· Diploma / ITI / BE in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
· Experience with hydraulic lifts, stackers, and scissor lifts preferred.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
