Conceps is looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer who can combine creative thinking, user psychology, business objectives, and strong visual design to create meaningful digital experiences.
This role is ideal for a designer who takes ownership, understands the why behind design decisions, and can transform ideas and business requirements into intuitive, engaging, and high-quality digital products.
What You'll Own
- Lead the complete UI/UX design process for websites, web applications, and mobile applications
- Understand business requirements and translate them into effective user experiences
- Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and usability research
- Create user journeys, information architecture, user flows, wireframes, and prototypes
- Design high-quality and responsive UI interfaces using Figma
- Develop and maintain scalable design systems and reusable components
- Create intuitive interactions while maintaining strong visual consistency
- Collaborate closely with developers, project managers, content teams, SEO specialists, and digital marketers
- Work with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs
- Conduct usability testing and improve designs based on feedback and insights
- Review existing websites and applications to identify UX and UI improvement opportunities
- Maintain consistency across different digital touchpoints and projects
- Present design concepts and clearly explain design decisions to clients and internal teams
- Guide and mentor junior designers when required
- Handle multiple projects while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines
What Sets You Apart
- 3+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design
- Strong portfolio demonstrating real-world website, web application, or mobile design projects
- Advanced knowledge of Figma
- Strong understanding of UX principles, user flows, information architecture, and interaction design
- Good understanding of responsive and mobile-first design
- Experience creating and maintaining design systems
- Strong knowledge of typography, layouts, spacing, color theory, and visual hierarchy
- Ability to understand business requirements and convert them into effective design solutions
- Ready to work with AI tools like Stitch, Claude, and ChatGPT to improve workflow
- Strong attention to detail and a high standard for visual quality
- Ability to communicate and present design decisions clearly
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects
- Ability to handle multiple projects and work within deadlines
Good to Have
- Experience designing websites for different industries and business types
- Understanding of HTML and CSS
- Basic understanding of frontend development limitations and possibilities
- Experience with design handoff and developer collaboration
- Knowledge of UX research and usability testing tools
- Experience working with WordPress websites
- Understanding of SEO and conversion-focused website design
- Experience working in a digital agency environment
