About the Role
The Fundraising Executive plays a key role in supporting the organization’s mission by generating financial support through donor engagement, partnerships, campaigns, grants, CSR collaborations, and fundraising initiatives. The role involves building relationships with individuals, corporates, institutions, and communities to help sustain and expand the organization’s social impact programs.
The ideal candidate is passionate about social impact, communication, relationship-building, and community development.
Key Responsibilities
- Fundraising & Resource Mobilization
- Develop and implement fundraising strategies and campaigns
- Identify potential donors, sponsors, and CSR partners
- Generate funds through individual giving, events, CSR grants, partnerships, and campaigns
- Support grant research and proposal development
- Build long-term donor relationships and engagement initiatives
- Maintain donor databases and fundraising records
Donor & Partner Relationship Management
- Communicate with donors, CSR teams, supporters, and partners regularly
- Prepare donor presentations, impact reports, and proposals
- Coordinate meetings with corporates, philanthropists, and stakeholders
- Ensure donor acknowledgment and retention activities
- Build partnerships aligned with the organization’s mission
Campaigns & Outreach
- Assist in planning fundraising events and awareness campaigns
- Promote fundraising initiatives through social media, email, and outreach
- Support digital fundraising and crowdfunding efforts
- Collaborate with communication and program teams for impact storytelling
Reporting & Documentation
- Track fundraising progress and campaign performance
- Prepare reports and fundraising updates for management
- Maintain transparency and compliance in fundraising processes
- Support documentation for CSR and institutional partnerships
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Marketing, Business Communications or related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent presentation and relationship-building abilities
- Passion for social impact and community development
- Ability to work independently and meet fundraising goals
- Knowledge of CSR partnerships, donor engagement, or NGO fundraising is preferred
- Proficiency in MS Office, email communication, and digital outreach tools
