We are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated Inside Sales Executive to join our team. You will be responsible for closing sales, building customer relationships, and ensuring client satisfaction while selling advanced technology solutions and capital goods.
Generate qualified leads and achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable IT solutions.
Engage with customers over the phone, explaining products and resolving queries.
Follow structured sales processes with lead tracking and CRM updates.
Coordinate with principal vendors for solution design and finalize commercials.
Negotiate with vendors for better pricing and terms.
Collaborate with the back-office team to ensure smooth order execution.
Track order status and ensure timely delivery and post-sales support.
Monitor collections and ensure timely payments.
Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and closures.
Drive client satisfaction, retention, and overall profitability.
✔ Bachelor’s degree in any field
✔ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
✔ Ability to quickly grasp technical concepts
✔ Good negotiation skills and business acumen
✔ Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to learn
✔ Proficiency in CRM or sales tools is a plus
✔ Fluency in English (spoken and written) is mandatory

Training Period (First 3 Months): ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month + incentives
