Job Title: Sales Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:
- Support the sales team in day-to-day coordination and order processing.
- Prepare quotations, invoices, and sales documentation.
- Coordinate with customers regarding inquiries, orders, dispatch, and delivery status.
- Maintain customer database, sales records, and MIS reports.
- Follow up on leads, payments, and pending orders.
- Coordinate with production, dispatch, and accounts teams for smooth order execution.
- Handle customer communication and provide after-sales support.
- Assist in preparing sales reports and performance tracking.
Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in sales coordination or customer support.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
- Experience in manufacturing industry preferred.
