Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Manage and develop distributors, dealers, and key accounts.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market coverage.
- Lead, train, motivate, and monitor the performance of the sales team.
- Ensure product availability and visibility in the assigned territory.
- Conduct regular market visits to monitor competitor activities and customer needs.
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and market analysis.
- Implement promotional campaigns and marketing initiatives.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers and resolve complaints promptly.
- Ensure timely collection of payments and compliance with company policies.
Pay: ₹21,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
