Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations and ensure accurate financial record-keeping. The ideal candidate will be responsible for bookkeeping, invoicing, reconciliations, statutory compliance support, and financial reporting while coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate accounting records and day-to-day bookkeeping.
- Process purchase, sales, payment, and receipt entries.
- Prepare and manage invoices, debit notes, credit notes, and payment follow-ups.
- Perform bank, vendor, and customer account reconciliations.
- Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities.
- Support GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance filings.
- Maintain accounts payable and accounts receivable records.
- Verify and process employee reimbursements and expense claims.
- Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, vendors, and internal departments.
- Generate MIS reports and provide financial data for management review.
- Ensure proper documentation and filing of financial records.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in accounting, finance, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial processes.
- Experience with accounting software such as TallyPrime, Zoho Books, or ERP systems.
- Good understanding of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in FMCG, manufacturing, retail, or D2C businesses.
- Familiarity with inventory accounting and cost tracking.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
