Role Overview
We are looking for a Social Media Paid Marketing Specialist to manage and optimize paid campaigns across all major platforms, driving high-quality leads and improving ROI for Aroopa Apps.
Responsibilities

Run and manage paid campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, LinkedIn, and other social platforms

Optimize campaigns for CPL, CPA, CTR, and ROAS

Build targeting, retargeting, and lookalike audiences

Conduct A/B testing for ads and landing pages

Collaborate with design/content teams for creatives

Track performance and share insights & reports

Improve lead quality and campaign efficiency
Requirements
-
2–5 years in paid social media marketing
-
Hands-on experience with Meta, Google, and LinkedIn Ads

Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics
-
Experience in lead generation campaigns (B2B preferred)
