Festivals From India is hiring for their client, Ashvita's, who is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to join their team. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in HR roles, focusing on overseeing employee time logging and conduct, managing leave calculations and approvals, ensuring HR compliance, and assisting with employee onboarding. This is a full-time role on a fixed contract.

Essential Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in an HR role, preferably with experience in time management, leave management, and statutory compliance.
- Strong knowledge of HR policies and procedures.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of and experience with HR software like Zoho People is a plus.

Key Roles/Responsibilities:
1. Time Management:
- Monitor and manage employee time logs.
- Ensure accurate and timely recording of work hours.
- Address discrepancies and resolve any issues related to time tracking.
2. Leave Management:
- Calculate employee leaves and maintain accurate records.
- Process and approve leave requests in accordance with company policies.
- Communicate leave balances and policies to employees.
3. Statutory Compliance:
- Administer Employee State Insurance (ESI) and Provident Fund (PF) processes.
- Ensure compliance with all statutory obligations and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare and submit necessary documentation for statutory compliance.
4. HR Compliance:
- Ensure adherence to company HR policies and procedures.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with internal and external regulations.
5. Onboarding:
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires.
- Conduct orientation sessions and provide necessary information and resources to new employees.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
6. General HR Support:
- Assist with employee queries and provide support on HR-related matters.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Assist in HR projects and initiatives as needed.
- Submit weekly/monthly attendance and time tracking reports to HR Manager & Directors for review.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
