Studio Naadi is looking for a proactive and organized HR & Operations Executive to support the day-to-day administrative and operational activities of the organization. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day scheduling and coordination of meetings.
- Assist in employee onboarding and induction processes.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and business documents.
- Draft and manage joining letters, offer letters, and related HR documentation.
- Handle work order preparation and record management.
- Maintain employee records and administrative documentation.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth office operations.
- Support general HR and administrative functions as required.
Requirements and Skills
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Management, or a related field.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and maintain accuracy.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
