Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Hindi Teacher to educate students in Hindi language, grammar, literature, and communication skills. The ideal candidate will create engaging lesson plans, assess student progress, and encourage a positive learning environment that promotes language proficiency and cultural understanding.
Key Responsibilities:
- Teach Hindi language, grammar, vocabulary, and literature to students.
- Prepare and deliver engaging lesson plans aligned with the curriculum.
- Assess students' academic performance through assignments, tests, and classroom activities.
- Encourage speaking, reading, writing, and listening skills in Hindi.
- Maintain classroom discipline and create a positive learning environment.
- Provide individual support to students who require additional assistance.
- Organize cultural events, language competitions, and literary activities.
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding students' progress.
- Maintain attendance, academic records, and assessment reports.
- Stay updated with modern teaching methods and educational technologies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Hindi, Education, or a related field.
- B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education) or equivalent teaching qualification (preferred or required, depending on the institution).
- Previous teaching experience is preferred.
- Strong command of written and spoken Hindi.
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
