Payroll & Attendance Management
- Process monthly payroll accurately and on time for all employees
- Maintain and monitor attendance records, leaves, and shift schedules
- Reconcile attendance data with payroll inputs before processing
- Manage full-and-final settlement calculations for exiting employees
2. Offer Letters & Joining Compliance
- Draft and issue offer letters, appointment letters, and employment contracts
- Coordinate onboarding formalities including document collection and verification
- Maintain employee records and ensure completeness of joining documentation
- Ensure adherence to statutory and internal compliance during the hiring process
3. Provident Fund (PF) & Tax Deductions
- Manage PF, ESI, PT, and other statutory deductions as per applicable laws
- File monthly and annual statutory returns (PF, ESI, TDS) within deadlines
- Coordinate with employees on Form 12BB, investment declarations, and tax proofs
- Liaise with accounts/finance team on TDS reconciliation and Form 16 issuance
4. Incentive Management
- Administer and process performance-linked incentive schemes
- Maintain records of incentive eligibility, calculations, and disbursements
- Work closely with department heads to track incentive-triggering performance metrics
- Communicate incentive structures clearly to employees and resolve queries
5. Rewards & Recognition
- Design, implement, and manage employee recognition programs
- Coordinate monthly, quarterly, and annual reward ceremonies and nominations
- Track and maintain R&R budgets and records
- Promote a culture of appreciation and positive reinforcement across teams
6. HR Policy Administration
- Maintain and update HR policies in line with regulatory changes and company needs
- Communicate policy changes and ensure awareness among all employees
- Handle policy-related queries and provide guidance to managers and employees
- Ensure consistent application of HR policies across the organisation
7. Performance Appraisals
- Coordinate and administer the annual and mid-year performance review process
- Prepare and share appraisal forms, timelines, and guidelines with stakeholders
- Consolidate appraisal data and assist managers in calibration discussions
- Process salary revisions and promotion letters post-appraisal cycle
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
