Job Title: Marketing & Business Development Executive – Inside Sales

Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive Marketing & Business Development Executive – Inside Sales to support lead generation, customer follow-ups, marketing outreach, and business development activities for our industrial automation solutions business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, and market research
- Identify and qualify potential customers across target industries sectors
- Handle customer inquiries and provide product/solution information
- Prepare techno-commercial proposals, Follow up on enquiries, proposals, and customer communications
- Coordinate meetings and support the sales team in business development activities
- Maintain customer database and update CRM / sales tracker
- Support marketing campaigns, presentations, brochures, and LinkedIn activities
- Coordinate with internal teams for timely customer response
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing / Business / Engineering or related field
- 1–4 years of experience in inside sales / business development / marketing
- Good communication and follow-up skills
- Knowledge of LinkedIn outreach, email marketing, and CRM tools
- Experience in industrial automation / engineering / B2B sales preferred
