About the Role
Amaanat IVF & Fertility Centre is looking for an experienced and dedicated Gynaecologist / IVF Consultant to join our clinical team in Ambala.
The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in Gynaecology, Infertility and/or IVF and should be registered with the Haryana State Medical Council (HMC).
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive gynaecological, infertility and fertility consultations.
- Evaluate patients based on medical history, clinical examination and investigation reports.
- Diagnose and manage gynaecological and infertility-related conditions.
- Counsel patients and couples regarding infertility treatment options, including IVF and other assisted reproductive procedures.
- Explain treatment plans, procedures, expected outcomes and possible risks to patients.
- Prepare appropriate treatment plans according to individual patient requirements.
- Monitor patients throughout fertility treatment cycles.
- Perform and interpret relevant gynaecological and fertility assessments as per clinical requirements.
- Coordinate with embryologists, nurses, technicians and other clinical staff for smooth patient management.
- Maintain complete and accurate patient records and treatment documentation.
- Ensure appropriate follow-up and post-treatment counselling.
- Handle patient queries professionally and provide appropriate guidance.
- Maintain patient confidentiality and follow medical ethics and centre protocols.
- Participate in clinical discussions and contribute to the overall quality of patient care.
- Manage emergency situations appropriately within the scope of clinical practice.
- Ensure compliance with applicable medical, regulatory and hospital/centre guidelines.
Eligibility & Requirements
- MBBS with MD/MS/DNB in Obstetrics & Gynaecology.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant clinical experience.
- Previous experience in Infertility/IVF/Fertility treatment will be preferred.
- Valid registration with Haryana State Medical Council (HMC) is mandatory.
- Strong clinical knowledge and decision-making skills.
- Good patient counselling and communication skills.
- Ability to explain medical procedures and treatment options clearly to patients.
- Good interpersonal and team coordination skills.
- Professional, ethical and patient-centred approach.
- Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary IVF and fertility care team.
