Key ResponsibilitiesFor CA / CA Finalist
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including bookkeeping and ledger maintenance
- Prepare and finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Handle GST compliance: returns, reconciliations, and audits
- Ensure compliance with Income Tax, TDS, and other statutory regulations
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
- Coordinate with auditors, banks, and tax consultants
- Monitor expenses, vendor payments, and receivables
- Provide financial analysis and MIS reports to management
- Ensure proper internal controls and process improvements
For CA Intern
- Assist in maintaining books of accounts and supporting documentation
- Help in GST, TDS, and Income Tax return preparation
- Support audit work and statutory compliance activities
- Assist in bank reconciliations and expense tracking
- Prepare basic MIS and financial reports
- Perform other accounting and finance-related tasks as assigned
Eligibility & QualificationsCA
- Qualified Chartered Accountant / CA Finalist
- 0–3 years of relevant experience (healthcare or service industry preferred)
- Strong knowledge of GST, Income Tax, and accounting standards
CA Intern
- Registered CA Intern (IPCC / Inter / Final level)
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and taxation
Skills & Competencies
- Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, Excel, etc.)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks
