Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Manager – DDGS Export Sale (International Business Development). Responsibilities include developing international export sales strategies, identifying and engaging with potential markets, and managing relationships with clients and stakeholders. The role also focuses on creating and executing business development strategies to achieve sales targets while ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Own export P&L, volume targets, and margin performance.
- Lead annual and quarterly export business planning.
- Identify and open new international markets across Asia, Middle East, Africa, and Europe.
- Establish channel partners, distributors, and strategic alliances.
- Evaluate country-specific demand, regulatory frameworks, and entry strategies.
- Manage large global buyers, feed integrators, and trading houses.
- Negotiate long-term supply contracts and pricing frameworks.
- Build strategic relationships ensuring repeat and bulk business.
- Drive price discovery based on global benchmarks (CBOT, corn, SBM trends).
- Supervise end-to-end export execution from order booking to shipment.
- Ensure coordination between plant, QA, logistics, CHA, and shipping lines.
- Monitor shipment schedules and cost efficiencies.
- Manage forex exposure, credit risk, and payment securities.
- Oversee LC negotiations and risk mitigation.
- Build and mentor export sales teams.
- Set performance targets and drive accountability.
- Foster a performance-driven, customer-focused culture.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Animal Nutrition, Chemical Engineering, or Commerce
- MBA in International Business/Marketing preferred

- Proven expertise in Business Development and Sales with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Strong background in Business Planning and International Business operations
- Experience in Export practices, compliance, and market expansions
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills

- Familiarity with the agricultural or commodities sector is an advantage
- Ability to work collaboratively and provide strategic insights to drive business growth

- 10–18 years in agro-commodities/feed ingredient exports
- Minimum 5+ years in leadership role
- Strong exposure to DDGS, ethanol by-products, or grain trading preferred
