Key Responsibilities:
- Act as primary point of contact for assigned clients
- Collect documents for GST, TDS, ITR, payroll, etc.
- Send timely reminders for due dates via call/WhatsApp/email
- Coordinate between client and internal team
- Maintain task tracker & follow-ups
- Handle basic client queries and escalate when needed
- Ensure no deadline is missed due to client delay
Requirements:
- Good communication skills (Hindi + basic English)
- Basic knowledge of GST/ITR terms (preferred)
- Comfortable with calls & WhatsApp follow-ups
- Organized & disciplined
Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
