Job Overview
Warehouse International Private Limited is seeking a qualified and motivated Chartered Accountant (CA) to join our Finance & Accounts team. The ideal candidate should have 1–2 years of post-qualification experience and possess strong knowledge of accounting, taxation, statutory compliance, financial reporting, and audits.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Ensure timely compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, ROC, and other statutory regulations.
- Prepare and file GST, TDS, and Income Tax returns.
- Handle statutory audits, internal audits, and tax audits.
- Maintain books of accounts and ensure accurate accounting records.
- Prepare MIS reports, financial reports, and management dashboards.
- Perform bank reconciliations, ledger scrutiny, and account reconciliations.
- Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and financial planning.
- Coordinate with auditors, banks, consultants, and government authorities.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and company financial policies.
- Identify financial risks and recommend process improvements.
- Support management with financial analysis and business decision-making.
Required Qualifications
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) – Mandatory.
- Any Graduation.
- 1–2 years of post-qualification experience in Finance & Accounts.
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, ROC compliance, and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in Tally ERP, Microsoft Excel, and ERP software.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in the manufacturing, trading, warehouse, or logistics industry will be an added advantage.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
